This will be your main hub for:
- Submitting maintenance requests
- Managing rent payments
- Receiving important building updates
-Maintenance Requests
All maintenance needs must be submitted through the RentRedi application.
This ensures fast, organized service and proper tracking.
-Trash Pickup
Trash is collected every Tuesday and Friday.
Please make sure items are properly bagged and placed in the designated area.
-Window Maintenance
Any scheduled window cleaning or maintenance will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance so you can plan accordingly.
-Parking Information
- Outdoor parking: First‑come, first‑served for all uncovered spaces in the back alley.
- Indoor parking: Assigned spaces only
